At PMBG Bogdan Gorka, we publish and share business consulting expertise relating to Atlassian and SAP technologies. We do not own these technologies. Instead, we offer and distribute software solutions and consulting services that you can better use the technologies that you own.

We use Jira for managing requests submitted via our contact form or e-mails sent directly to us.
Contact Form
To manage direct communication processes for our Visitors and potential Customers, we may use the contact form. When you send us a message through this contact form, a user account will be automatically created in our Request Management System provided by Atlassian company (Privacy Policy). This system is based on a third-party service called Jira Service Management. Also, when you send us a message by e-mail, a user account will be automatically created in the same Request Management System.
When you submit a message to us, we keep the following data:
- Sender’s Email address
- Content of any messages that you send to us
This allows our support team members to reply to the message that you've sent us through our support system.
Please note:
- You will never receive marketing related messages by contacting us through our contact form or by e-mail, unless it specifically relates to the message content that you've sent us.
- The message you send is private and only available to our support team members.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Analytics data – stored in Google Analytics according to their retention settings (currently 26 months by default).
- Support portal data (Jira Service Management) – stored as long as the account is active, and up to 3 years after the last interaction.
- Calendly booking data – kept until the meeting is completed and for up to 12 months afterward for reference, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Billing records – stored for at least 5 years in compliance with Polish accounting and tax law.
- General inquiries (emails, contact forms) – kept up to 24 months unless earlier deletion is requested.
When the retention period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, regular reviews) to protect personal data.
International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party providers we use (such as Google, Atlassian, and Calendly) are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), mainly in the United States.
Whenever your data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to guarantee that your data continues to receive the same level of protection.
Children’s Data
Our services and website are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Your rights
To view your data
You have the right to see the data that we store about you. To request a data set containing your data, let us know using the contact form. We will aim to reply to your request within 10 working days and will provide you with a summary of your data to your email address as soon as we've gathered the data from our systems. In any case, we will respond within one month, as required by GDPR.
To modify your data
You have the right to modify personal data that we store and maintain about you.
Support Portal
If an account was created in our Jira Service Management support portal, you can modify your data by logging into the site https://pmbgeu.atlassian.net and navigating to the “Profile" page.
E-mail Address
If you receive e-mail communication from us, you can change the details stored in our Request Management System (Jira Service Management portal). To change your email address that we send emails to, navigate to the “Profile" page. If you're having difficulties updating your data, let us know using the contact form, and we'll make the change for you.
To have your data deleted
You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Therefore you have the right to request that we delete data that we store about you.
If you would like to stop receiving our email communication then let us know using the contact form, and we'll remove you manually from the list.
We can also delete all of your data from all systems that we own and operate.
However, please note that if you've purchased a product from us, we are legally obliged to keep a record of the purchase in both our own billing system and third-party systems we use to manage our billing and global taxes. This will mean keeping a record of your billing address, contact details and purchase details. We do this only to fulfill our obligations to the tax authorities and to remain compliant with the law.

In addition to the rights already described (view, modify, delete), you also have the following rights under the GDPR:
