Transform how your Team
delivers SAP Projects

Run your project with Jira-powered SAP Agile methodology

Run your project with Jira-powered SAP Activate methodology

did you know that by 2027

Customers served! + 1 %  of large-scale ERP projects, including SAP, will fail to fully meet their original business case goals?

Why so many SAP projects struggle?

  • Inflexible tools

Tools like Solution Manager or Cloud ALM cannot be customized and and therefore aligned with your team's needs. For some users they may be hard to learn and use.

  • Scattered planning

Planning and status reporting in scattered tools in MS Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint makes it difficult for all project stakeholders to be informed about the true project progress.

  • Ignored methods

SAP Activate methodology and Focused Build process are not always followed because the tools meant to support them are not customizable or are not aligned with your team's ways of working.

Put the right process in the right tool and bring SAP Activate to life

Problem 1

SAP Activate stays on paper?

Without a proper tool, SAP Activate and Focused Build remain theory on Power Point slides. Teams fall back on ad-hoc practices, every stream manages things differently, and the PMO spends effort chasing updates instead of enforcing governance.

Result: chaos in project delivery, no transparency about progress and no consistent way of working

Solution 1

Proven methods in a flexible tool

R2D ALM for Jira embeds SAP Activate roadmap and Focused Build directly into Jira Cloud. It helps utilize SAP's best practices in governance which your project must have, while keeping the tool flexibility and UX your teams love. Your project finally has a single, usable framework that everyone will want to use every day.

Problem 2

Trapped between two bad options?

SAP-native tools like Solution Manager or Cloud ALM are rigid, complex, and difficult to adapt. On the other side, DIY setups with Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint create duplication, slow manual reporting, and hidden wasted effort. Both options potentially slow your project down.

Result: project progress is tracked everywhere - and nowhere

Solution 2

Jira flexibility with methods and best practices from SAP

Jira Cloud alone gives you flexibility, but without structure and SAP Activate ways of working, it quickly descents into the same chaos as other tools bring. R2D ALM for Jira embeds SAP Activate governance, workflows, and reporting directly into Jira, giving your SAP project the clarity, consistency, and control it needs to stay on track.

My Approach

I help SAP teams manage SAP projects in Jira with a friendly, pre-configured solution that combines SAP Activate and Focused Build best practices. That’s why I created R2D ALM for Jira, which a ready-to-use implementation of SAP’s recommended approach to manage the Requirements-to-Deploy (R2D) process.

The solution is a practical bridge between SAP methodology and modern Atlassian tools to give you SAP Governance methods together with Jira’s flexibility.

Hi, I'm Bogdan Górka

For over 25 years, I’ve helped teams deliver successful IT and SAP projects. I created R2D ALM for Jira after seeing too many SAP programs drowning in spreadsheet chaos or trapped in rigid tools no one wanted to use.

Today, I help SAP S/4HANA project teams apply the R2D Requirements-to-Deploy process, combining the structure of SAP Activate with the flexibility of Jira Cloud.

Jira is the tool I wish I had when I was managing tools and methods as an SAP PMO Manager. Now, my mission is to help you bring clarity, structure, and practicality to your projects so they run smoothly and stay under control.
